16700 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document contains the terms and conditions governing the use of the 16700 platform. Please read carefully before registering or using any of our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 16700 platform, you agree in full to all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.
These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 16700 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to the terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
The 16700 platform is open only to individuals aged 18 and above. Minors, or users prohibited by local law from accessing such services, are not permitted to register or use this platform in any capacity.
2. Account Registration & Security Responsibilities
Account Creation Requirements
- Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Registering multiple accounts to circumvent these terms or abuse promotions is strictly prohibited.
- You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information at the time of registration. Any false or misleading information may result in your account being suspended or closed immediately.
- 16700 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time prior to processing any withdrawal or flagged account activity.
- The registered name must match the name on the bank account or digital wallet used for financial transactions.
Password & Account Security
- You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
- If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact the 16700 support team immediately at [email protected] for prompt action.
- 16700 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access if you have failed to take reasonable security precautions.
- Users should log out of their account after each session, especially when using a shared device.
3. Platform Usage Rules & Prohibited Conduct
Users agree to use the 16700 platform solely for lawful entertainment purposes. The following are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and legal action:
- Using bots, automation software, scripts, or any technical tools to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
- Colluding with other users to defraud the system or manipulate Sports Betting odds.
- Using the platform for any fraudulent activity, money laundering, or activities that violate Malaysian law.
- Registering an account using another person's identity or stolen personal information.
- Attempting to hack, breach, or interfere with the technical infrastructure of the 16700 platform.
- Distributing obscene, threatening, or offensive content through any communication feature on the platform.
Any breach of these terms may result in 16700 suspending or closing the account without prior notice, and any account balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the violation.
4. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the 16700 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is in their own name. 16700 does not accept third-party payments.
Supported deposit methods include FPX, TNG eWallet, DuitNow QR, and other methods that may be added from time to time. Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals are subject to the current conditions set for each method.
Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or digital wallet registered in the same user's name. 16700 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing large withdrawals.
Withdrawal processing times depend on the chosen method and internal verification processes. 16700 is not responsible for delays caused by third parties such as banks or payment service providers.
All transactions must comply with the established anti-money laundering (AML) policy. 16700 reserves the right to report any suspicious activity to the relevant authorities without prior notice to the user.
5. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
The 16700 platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. We make no guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or error at all times. To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, 16700 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses suffered by users arising from the use of, or inability to use, the platform.
16700 is not liable for losses caused by internet service disruptions, user device failures, or third-party actions beyond our control.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, software, and other materials on the 16700 platform are the exclusive property of 16700 or our licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any such content without prior written consent.
Third-Party Links
The 16700 platform may contain references or links to third-party services. We have no control over the content or privacy practices of those sites and are not responsible for any losses arising from user interactions with such third parties.
6. Account Policy, Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
Account Suspension & Closure
16700 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a breach of these terms, fraud, multi-account usage, or activity that compromises platform security. In cases of closure due to serious violations, any remaining account balance may be fully forfeited. Users whose accounts have been closed for violations are not permitted to re-register.
Right to Amend Terms
16700 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. The latest version of the terms will always be available on this page. It is the user's responsibility to review the terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from the use of the 16700 platform must first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter will be referred to the appropriate courts of jurisdiction in Malaysia.
